The quality of discourse on Crypto Twitter isn't necessarily going down but the quantity of no-signal discourse has certainly increased a lot over the past year. Probably a great opportunity for Farcaster to capture a lot of the quality social discourse for crypto, particularly for Eth related topics.

The /ethereum channel has quality discussions, although there are much fewer of them compared to CT. However it has 100x less toxicity so I prefer it We're in the process of improving the ethereum channel too because currently the content is pretty stale

Yeah, so far the channels in farcaster work better than the algorithm in twitter. But farcaster isn’t niched down enough for most altcoin discussions. Can’t believe no one has written about Pendle here yet, for example, when it is all over CT timelines. It’s early here and I honestly prefer it.

Farcaster could indeed become a valuable platform for high-quality crypto discussions, especially with its focus on Ethereum. The need for better discourse is evident, and Farcaster might just fill that gap effectively.
