It's difficult to recommend Japanese restaurants because my favorite ones are small, family-owned places. Today I chose to eat at a restaurant that specializes in Okinawan Soba. The soup is not very heavy, but the pork is much more substantial compared to typical Japanese dishes. The rice on the left is a local specialty called juushii.
