Are creators builders? Are community members builders? 

Or only the devs are considered true builders?

not sure if creators are builders (see mkbhd), but the reverse is 100% true

I never thought about being a builder when i started creating yet have made tools to help other creators. Also creators will build a website for their business. 

Plenty of ways to be both creator and builder.
