imo friendtech is the worst omen for social and society.

my #1 critique of social is that it’s turned us into dopamine addicts, consumed by competition, constantly projecting an image for others moreso than for ourselves.

friendtech takes this and… financializes it? and some of us are excited by it?

It may not be the ideal version of crypto, Web3 social, nor society overall, but it's an interesting experiment that involves how crypto is mostly being used now (speculation) to bootstrap how it may be used more widely later (financially supporting individuals).
