Meeting with a web3 CEO to help brainstorm partnership strat and thinking my approach might make a good blog post. Would folks be interested? My framework- partnerships must meet min 1 of 4 criteria, w/ various watchouts & best practices for each: - build brand equity - generate $ - increase user value - expand reach

My admittedly cynical view: Most "partnerships" are useless, most "partner strategy" is bullshit. Usually better to focus on doing some kind of deal together, then - if you succeed - focusing on how to replicate and scale the approach you uncover. YMMV, and offered with humility.

Most people don’t know how to run partnerships well so… agree with that. “Doing some kind of deal together” - but what deal? and with whom? and on what terms? That separates great/good/bad approaches
