Faster transactions; Traditional real estate deals take weeks, if not months. Blockchain cuts out intermediaries, reducing settlement times significantly. iii. Greater access; Investing in institutional-grade real estate has been reserved for a select few. Tokenization lowers the barriers to entry, making it possible for a wider range of investors to participate. We’re entering a new era where real estate, the largest asset class in the world, is being rewritten in code. And this is just the beginning.
