i don’t understand the arguments for ending military aid to ukraine because imo it will accelerate wars of aggression and territorial expansion russia takes ukraine china takes taiwan venezuela takes guyana iran takes iraq what are the other wars of territorial expansions likely to kick off?

i’ve been following those ideas and i don’t interpret them as being interested in taking mexican territory, seems exclusively interested in targeting cartels

i dont think its a good idea to do this, but also dont have any solutions for cartels besides essentially integrating them in society and creating grace period where cartels can repatriate their illicit billions and allow them to become legal business tycoons if they stop the illegal businesses

This is how invasions usually work though, right? You go in with some claimed objective (Afghanistan was "get Bin Laden", Putin was "denazify"). But to actually do that thing you need to actually control the territory. So either you install a puppet government that does that for you or you stay, and it's an occupation
