A little known fact about your Farcaster handle πŸ’‘ Every handle is basically an offchain ENS subname of fcast.id. fcast.id was imported to the ENS L1 registry via DNSSEC (this is btw now possible fully gasless). Currently all fcast names are just stored in an offchain server and resolving is disabled.

What are the trade-offs of the different DA layers? Is it mainly decentralization and the overall security of the network? Theoretically, any scalable L1 can be used as a DA Layer, right?
