We always hear “time is money,” and while I agree with that, sometimes it’s just as important to unwind. What you do with your downtime can fuel what you do the rest of the time. For me, spending time outdoors is key—even though I work a remote job that’s 100% online. Those short solo trips around the block or to the park really recharge my energy and focus. It’s also where some of my best ideas come to life (I think, anyway 😂). What about you? How do you recharge after a long day?

Switching things up during the day makes me feel more productive by the time it's done. Whether I'm doing a sport, tidying up the place, taking a solo stroll, or hanging out with my family, it all helps me get stuff done. Even a quick trip to the store can do the trick. No matter what it is, mixing it up helps me handle a bunch of tasks and gives me that satisfying feeling of getting things accomplished)

Cleaning the crib can be relaxing in a weird way. Maybe it’s the removal of the clutter that helps unclutter the mind

You know what? It's true) I've often found that I'm a lot more effective at work when things are organized at home, and the opposite is true as well) There might even be some studies out there about this topic that we could check out🤔
