On September 18, 1938, an NFL game between the Chicago Bears and the Green Bay Packers became one of the lowest-scoring victories in NFL history. Played in constant rain, the Bears won 2-0 due to a safety, caused by a bad snap that went over the Packers' end line. Despite several Hall of Fame players on the field and multiple missed field goal attempts, the weather heavily influenced the outcome.
