“Once we finish building, we’ll start selling.” I hear that quite often, especially in dev-led teams. But sales isn’t what you do after building. It’s what helps you build the right thing. I run an AI-powered Sales and Marketing Workshop in which I show participants how AI helps you validate demand, refine messaging, and gather insights before launching. Many of the tools and strategies I taught yesterday were not really doable 6-12 months. Ferris Bueller would say that “life moves fast!”
