This is a surprisingly tricky question. From a user acquisition / discovery perspective, there is clearly friction introduced by having the separation (as you point out). More strategically, it can be critical to continue to separate the protocol (FC) from a particular app (WC) - critical for 3P builders to stay.

How do we feel about the relative share of value created/captured between Ethereum and L2s? Clearly there should be some split, but feels like certain ecosystems take a large enough share that even with additional scale they undermine the long-term tokenomics of ETH?

Lasting, bipartisan legislation is key. Give entrepreneurs the rules of the road and they’ll be able to go out and execute, wherever we may draw the line. Just don’t leave them in limbo as we have.
