Decentralization is amazing, but don't decentralize your ideas. Pick one and make it amazing and only move on to the next one when the first idea can stand on its own. Otherwise it will disappear the moment you stop giving it your attention.

Very true. I've seen this many times, founders and developers moving onto the next idea, without having the first one ready to stand on its own.
