A lot of black people I encounter, specifically black women (in Los Angeles, so grain of salt) don't trust her. A lot of the women she went to college with don't trust her and her time in CA as the head prosecutor left a bad taste in the mouths of black Californians.

Well those people have good instincts, you shouldn't trust any politician, no matter how kooky they are. Luckily for her California won't matter and as we saw with Biden's history of distasteful remarks and positions people tend to forgive the past if politically aligned.

Fingers crossed. After Monday's ruling this country is not-so-slowly shifting more authoritarian which is what conservatives have been aiming for these last 40 years getting judges placed where they want them.
