What excites me the most about on-chain social concepts is the opportunity to own distribution channels. By nature, owning a distribution channel is more valuable than owning an asset. Distribution → Social capital → Economic capital This creates a flywheel that converts a distribution channel into revenue.

New Web3 consumer products allow users to perform a single transaction without a learning cost. Actions like Buy/Mint/Top, etc. They all have a direct revenue model and don't need a token. Polymarket has $110M+ volume, zora has 350k+ users, pumpdotfun has $2M daily revenue… I think on-chain consumer app ideas should be designed according to this new playbook. - There should be a direct revenue model, - It should offer incentives/revenue opportunities without issuing a token, - It shouldn't create a learning cost conceptually, - It should provide seamless UX and onboarding as a product. What other recent projects fit this playbook?

Distribution → Social capital → Economic capital Moreover, with the monetization features of on-chain social apps, content producers can use this wheel more efficiently.
