A bit of background: As you know, we’re always expanding and adapting our tech stack, constantly adding new features. This was our first time using a fixed USD price instead of a fixed eth price to counter eth fluctuations, which relies on third-party APIs. Unfortunately, an issue arose during the live sale that didn’t occur in testing.
