Founders, what's your take on vacation policy? "Unlimited" moreso means "unlimited within reason", which is ambiguous and often leads employees to take less vacation. Fixed limit that increases with seniority?

21 business days, can be flexibly taken; be flexible about individual needs (more so with seniority); give the week between xmas and new years if possible.
