Farcaster is a place for side projects right now, not serious companies. Maybe will change in a few years. But I don’t believe we will ever see another client compete with Warpcast, which makes it all the less interesting to me with the lack of client decentralization.

If @dwr.eth wants more clients, open sourcing Warpcast like how @uniswap open sources their web and mobile apps would be a great first step

Just like Android, and many others

Strong brand means majority will still use Warpcast

But getting and maintaining feature parity will be easier for would-be competitors
