What's the longest you've been on creatine? Any negative effects? Do you feel that you plateau after a certain amount of time?

cycling creatine is dumb imo. if you’re doing heavy olympic lifts 3x a week and you’re not getting enough meats and other sources of creatine from your diet, supp it 3x a week. 5g (tablespoon) is plenty. you’ll piss out what you don’t absorb. no known negative side effects and it’s been heavily studied
