Art is creative expression of the artist. It’s subjective, therefore difficult to define, but allows us to see the world through the lens of the artist.

Making it entirely different from design—creative problem-solving strategy for people, spaces, objects + systems. Easier to define, collaborative + objective.

Everyone has their own take, but I think it's important to recognize the difference between /design and /art. 

Both are valued, necessary, and creative—but at the end of the day, it's like comparing apples to oranges.
