Married 5 years. Everything is great at home and everything else is the same. Except for the moment with the mortgage. My husband very much wants his own place without encumbrances and therefore 80% of our earnings go to pay off the mortgage. Yes, there is a little left, but ... No movie together to go to the movies, or on vacation to go - all on the mortgage. I didn't want to buy an apartment, I was happy with the rented one. I wanted to move. And he has a childhood trauma. At every quarrel his parents reminded him that he lived “in their house” and had no right to his opinion. So now he's running around with “his house”. How annoying....
