In the future, every smart contract developer is also a security researcher. The attack surface is too large for people to have security be considered only during the audit.

DevSecOps but since its blockchain it’s just DevSec Shift left with security makes sense, even if it requires bringing in a specialist. Point is, don’t wait til the last step or the audit
