Make sure you don’t have other responsibilities or nagging things so you can be fully present Have pictures of family or things you like or wanna include in your trip. Maybe look at them during it Bring pen + notebook Go outside. Ideally in the woods or somewhere not too crowded Tell a friend, or bring one
