4. Call for speakers 
5. Start teasing ticket sales

My guess is your location makes it difficult 

You’ll have an easier time where the highest concentration of casters are

When I thought about doing this it was gonna be in LA, highest chance of getting @v and @dwr.eth also @ace and @br1an.eth etc.. 

Then SF flights are cheap
