I've always believed in "Splits not DAOs" for most products

And seeing as Clankpad is built on splits I'm going to just continue that to the max 

Wanna work on clankpad? Let's agree on a split

Wanna invest in clankpad? Let's agree on a split

For each new party the other's agree on what kind of split is warranted

Every organization onchain should work like this

You should get a short term split while working

And you should get a vested split for the time you work there, that way when you leave you can always benefit from the value you created

No idea what I'm looking at other than it being a fuck ton of money

What I mean is: 

Come work on a project for an agreed upon split of revenue, say 1% of revenue per day worked 

But each day you're also earning 0.00274% of a "vested" split  so that after a year you would have 1% that can never be taken away even if you  leave
