Got mixed feelings about the Creator Economy hype.

Saying "Everyone is a creator!" is like saying, "Everyone is a basketball player." 

It's, of course true, but just like only a few players end up in the NBA, only a few creators end up making significant money online.

"Everyone is a creator" is a false statement. Everyone could be a creator, but most choose the comfort of being a consumer.

Becoming a creator doesn't imply ability to monetize, at all or significantly, your creations. Similarly, choosing to play basketball doesn't guarantee you'll become LeBron James.
