what is your training plan looking like? We thought with 100k/62 miles it could be pretty achievable distance for most, but still challenging. 😅 🥲

it’s more duration focused as i build strength week on week…riding ~5hrs wk is getting me in the ~40mile range right now. adding another ~2hrs to hit the goal is possible, but aggressive just yet, especially with other commitments (strength, yoga, weekend paddling). for inclusivity going with 80kms / 50miles a week is still a solid commitment but maybe more achievable for non-duration focused riders? (aware it’s meant to be a challenge after all 😅) thanks for asking cooper.

you doing more intensity for strength for a specific dicipline of cycling? or is it more for cross-training for something else i imagine commuting could get 100k. as an endurance rider myself (when not in the street) low intensity can be done for many many hours and kms
