What if everyone had their own currency, backed by their personal net worth? If you receive $10 from me today and I become a billionaire later, you benefit as long as you never sell.

Wouldn't it be better if it were the opposite? So if you receive money from the poor, whatever is in their account is now worth more, whereas rich people have to spend a lot for their balance to appreciate.
