getting back into the swing of things! what do you have after a workout? used to have gold standard whey back in the day, is that still the go-to?

Been using a Non flavoured (raw) WPI Why protein powder. Heard a few too many gut scientists state that the flavourings a lot of the protein makers use can cause maybe neg changes to your gut micro biome. Since i'm having in a smoothie I just use something like Banana/Honey to sweeten.
