launching consumer app is fucking hard - 100% agreed today I hit my first 100 users by sending them one-by-one invites in a manual process. It's a milestone worth celebrating for us So calling all app-launching pros: drop your top advice or growth hacks below https://i.imgur.com/wubuGJ6.png

i seed the app first with my inner circle/target cohort. very manual. see what clicks punchline-wise, and product flow-wise, amplify based on what i learn if retention is good, go back to product if not. 100-1000 is more than enough to tell if the product is a blockbuster or not imo. tldr idk what im doing.
