What are some properties that a token launch should have for you to consider it ethical / values-aligned and not decrease your excitement for the project?

- decrease drawdown through allocation to OG users - little private allocation e.g. investors, 4 year vesting in place - linear release for team, they are the ones that did the work - team sell offs have to be announced as in public stock markets
