All previous social platform had a specific form factor that constrained how people used them. This makes it easier to know how to engage, and creates a local “dialect”. What happens when all you have is a tree full of text/images/video, and anyone can present that info like twitter, insta, chat, reddit, etc?

The loudest voices win. You’ll have one design for mainstream serving an audience to those loudest voices. And a plethora of smaller places for niche conversations
