API provider support is one of the biggest challenges for any new Layer <insert number> - even base was tricky at launch 

If API's are composable and available without degradation across any and all L3's that would be super helpful for adoption

I think L3s will need less API provider support bc they will mostly be built on by one team or a small number of teams.

There a few variables, but generally we think L3s can be 10x cheaper than L2s for the same transaction
