i’ve become much more adamant about tracking analytics when building product. not having them or using them effectively is like flying blind. it should almost alway be part of your product design process to plan what variable(s) to optimize for, and it only needs to be one or a few metrics.

Yep ditto - freeballed it all year & looked at things retrospectively.. boy did I wish I was looking at that data the right way everyday Next project is being tracked properly from day1
