The waterfront in Detroit is not nice nor runnable in the parts our race covered.

would definitely assume better state funding for parks/green space though

I remember living downtown 10yr ago and watching them tear up the same tiny stretch of street 4 times in 2 years. each time they would rip it up and redo the landscaping, concrete/asphalt, etc. it was plainly obvious that it was a racket.
