sure, but by the same logic so does everything else that we do everyday… sort of useless to point out vs. pragmatic solutions to how to prevent fires of this scale

can’t regress to 18th century pre-industrial revolution levels of carbon or everyone we know and love will die from starvation (or worse), will need better solutions than “stop everything”

The main issue for me is that capitalism is leading to the extinction of our species and we have to stop it or we're all going to die. So every instance of resource privatization and allocation based on capital rather than our human needs has to be called out and fought against.
