i think it depends… for context i had around 1k followers and barely post. i have much more of an audience and community in crypto / here. so it makes sense for me. but not sure for most people.

It’s really such an infuriating place to be now! 

My feed is just dominated by the absolutely worst elements of humanity, and any attempts to have my art be seen just go into /dev/null as far as I can tell

i don’t doubt it, but what’re you seeing with respect to bots? i hadn’t noticed that, though i had my account private

My follower count has grown a lot last few weeks with the new onslaught of bots lol. Rough place to be but can't ignore it's network effect

This is an actual recurring process for me, hoping to kick the bird app completely soon
