4000 character limit on Twitter seems bad to me.

Genuinely surprised he went for op ed length instead of 420 chars.

* 4000 characters but you can’t retweet/recast it past 280 (so funneling longer content towards replies, incentivizing a shorter top level post)

Ideas:

* content length so that it fits in one screen with the default font (e.g. screenshot essay as a native constraint)

* 4000 characters, but as an “attachment” (requiring a click) rather than intrinsic post content
