My climbing gym closes for a month+ on Sunday and I’ll be going to a normal gym 3-4 times a week for the next month or so What are some great exercises for me to counterweight years of pulling on rock? Squats Deadlifts …?

the two you mentioned plus: push-ups single leg squats single leg RDLs kettlebell swings box jumps gorilla rows inverted rows a decent program would be nice following

been keeping a weight lifting routine for major muscle groups, and really helpful! mainly on dumbell: dumbbell walking lunge, dumbbell bent over row, dumbbell lateral raise, bicep curl, floor press (can be benchpress if gym has a bench)
