Mean workout today - 2500m row, 20mm hang, pull ups, air squats (Warm up) - Conversation with local legend about boulder spots in Switzerland 15min - 8x5sec 8mm hang 60sec pause - 3r30kg/4r25kg/5r20kg/6r15kg/3r10kg/3r5kg/3r0kg Pull ups 60sec pause (Was supposed to do 7/8/9, so might start on 1 rep next time) - 8x10sec 20mm hang 5sec pause - 5x8 squat pinching two 15kg plates (Lock off is good. Pinch is good) - 90sec plank (just in time to leave the gym as they started playing offspring)
