It’s an old high school injury and probably years of contact sports catching up with me. It flares up every few weeks it seems as of late. It feels like a nerve issue being pinched or something; it’s a sharp pain that shoots down to my elbow with certain movements. I may try to get it checked out this week.

I feel like mentally I wasn’t in it, which made it way harder physically. But alas, I powered through. Skipped weights though, because I’m dealing with some kind of nerve issue in my shoulder.
