My time this was a bit slower at 23:34, but considering how tired my legs are from snowboarding on Friday, I’ll take it.

Is it too late to change to 2k until $2K?

Love the dedication. By the time ETH recovers from Trump's shenigans and hits 5k, you will be both be very healthy and I will be getting your 5k until 5k casts beamed directly into my brainphone.

I got down to 22:01 a few weeks ago,  and have been hovering around 23-24 min since.

I probably need to start pushing myself harder or doing speed work if I want to improve my times. I need to get motivated!

I was slightly faster today, but didn’t pull my camera up in time to catch it right at 3.1 miles. 

I do feel like I’ve plateaued right around a 7:30 pace (give or take a few seconds). I know I can be faster, but I probably need to do some speed work or something to level up.
