Back in Phoenix slamming bbq

Sliced brisket, cheddar jalapeño sausage, Mac and cheese, and ranch style beans

Bbq tastes better when served on paper plates imo. That looks like a strong plate but God damn if that brisket isn't throwing the balance off, i bet you needed to hold that with 2 hands.
