I transferred my Opepen from my cold wallet to a new wallet, but now when I connect the new wallet to the Opepen site, the app doesn't detect my token. (It says "no opepen to opt-in found." I have verified that the token is in fact in my wallet.) What could the problem be?

Might be some syncing issue in the backend. Try logging out and logging in. Does that work?
