I’m not sure yet but I’m imagining kind of a loop somewhere in the central United States. If folks wanted to fly to the start/end city to meet up we can just travel around for several days and then everyone can fly home easily.

One easy way we can categorize all of the projects under the broad "network state" label is to take all the facets of society associated with nation-states and attach "network" to the name. For example, a state has manufacturing, education, health, culture, and governance. We can have "network manufacturing", "network health", "network culture", etc.
