Idea: streaming payments for props administrated by the DAO address. A cancel payments button on Prop.date that automatically puts up a prop to cancel. Similar to the fork mechanic.

Step 1 - I built this over the weekend: UI to see streams & for proposers to claim their ETH/USDC easily: https://streams-indol-ten.vercel.app/

Next step - connect to the prop/propdates, and cancel button (as an option, but IMO not priority)

I didn't even know which props actually had streams until I built this!
