A day to prevent baldness. People with hair loss should really try it. Five-grain powder (black sesame + black beans + black rice + black wolfberry + chia seeds + red dates + walnuts) milk and oatmeal. Drink one cup a day since pregnancy. I used to have a lot of white hair, but now I have almost none. I started losing hair three months after giving birth, and it lasted for a month. I started to lose less hair after four or five months. Now it’s almost the same as during pregnancy, and I basically don’t lose any hair. People with hair loss should really try it. You must keep drinking it.
