I’m long one meal a day. It’s a leveraged bet on longevity. It comes with interesting consumer behaviours that you can go long on: like new types of restaurants & take out. Also new cultural norms and rituals.

Nutrition is a nice part to care to longevity, but for me, is more important do exercise, strength and be active and have a great NEAT. Constant movement = health.
