pineapple on pizza just makes culinary sense: you need both acid and sugar to balance the other flavors why do you think they put balsamic on pizzas? it’s science.

ok damn, i agree with you unfortunately. also the enzymes in pineapple help with digestion so it’s functional too

Except cooking pineapple deactivates that enzyme so it’s once again not an ingredient that should ever come near a pizza.
