✨ increased joy and euphoric states it involved far more shadow work than expected, but after a prolonged period of heightened stress and depression throughout the past few years, i was able to break through, move forward, and achieve some incredible emotional outcomes. the “highest” i’ve been without any mind-altering substance ✨ way more synchronicities things i wanted would come to me in a seemingly magical way, often within minutes. an example: @jameswyper ordered something for me at a restaurant while we were in a rush. i then looked at the menu and found something i’d rather have instead. the restaurant screwed up and gave us the thing i wanted more by mistake ✨ increased energy possibly due to improved nervous system regulation, i experienced way more physical energy and motivation to be active ✨ decreased physical pain despite a few weeks of food-triggered migraines, my overall health seems improved and my physical pain levels are lower

✨ better relationship more harmony and fun. more synchronicity, being on the same wavelength, saying what the other person was thinking. almost no disagreements/bad vibes ✨ more answers/leads following my inspiration has led to an increase in receiving valuable new information. for example, someone i was inspired to reach out to recommended a health treatment that has an 80%+ chance of curing a major chronic health issue i’m experiencing ✨ more clarity i feel like i’m back on track with my life, and can see a clear path forward i’ll be continuing the current process of positive thinking, visualization, and trauma healing indefinitely. things are a bit chaotic and intense temporarily, but i believe that i will come through this stronger, happier, and healthier than i’ve ever been in my life more soon! ✨🙏🏻✨
